Lou Elhadj has a strong entrepreneurial vision when it comes to the financial, insurance, and real estate industries. Having an in-depth knowledge of the financial and residential real estate marketplace has allowed Lou to speak on a wide variety of financial and real estate matters. It is with the understanding that wealth is built with a wide range of asset groups that Lou has brought together a multi-industry approach to wealth management.


Lou is an Investment Advisor Representative. In addition to his work with Dunhill & Co., Lou is also President of Elhadj Partners, Inc., a real estate entity (no affiliation of entities or control with Dunhill & Co., LLC).


Lou graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Strategic Management and currently holds several industry licensing credentials from FINRA, California Bureau of Real Estate, California Department of Insurance and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

With over 17 years of industry experience, Kenneth Winn specializes in providing thoughtful, independent wealth management solutions to enable clients to build and protect their assets. 


Kenneth has a strong financial background having worked for Fortune 500 Banks and Investment Firms, most notably, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and UBS.  


Kenneth has also worked as a Banking Officer for many years for Bank of America, River City Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank. 


Kenneth graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Education from Costal College in Jacksonville, North Carolina.


Kenneth holds securities licenses Series 7, 63, and 65.


Kenneth is a proud military veteran having served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for over 10 years.
